Positions Required: Enterprise Sales Executive
Location: Greater Philadelphia Area
Compensation: $60,000 – $85,000 Base Salary + Commissions + Benefits
Reliant is a leading installer of Access Control and Electronic Security solutions for enterprise clients, in the tri-state region and nationwide. Reliant is seeking a driven, results-oriented Sales Account Executive to join its dynamic team in the rapidly growing Philadelphia market. Due to our tremendous growth, we are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team and help grow and manage our client pipeline. The ideal candidate possesses a hunter mentality, excels at lead generation and relationship building, and maintains exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Prospect, build and maintain a client pipeline utilizing CRM software and qualify prospective company generated, warm leads.
- Conduct outreach including cold calling, digital sales campaigns, and in-person networking to source/develop client prospects.
- Set appointments, perform site surveys, and present electronic security solutions to regional and national accounts.
- Attend industry conferences and networking events to generate leads.
- Collaborate with firm owner and sales team to prepare and present proposals.
- Implement a strong prospecting process that includes both in-person networking at events and digital sales campaigns with our marketing staff.
- Minimum 3-5 years sales experience in Electronic Security, Access Control & Video Surveillance
- CRM experience
- Undergraduate degree, preferred
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
